Head of Token Recovery

Scott Pounder is a globally recognised expert in blockchain forensics and digital asset recovery, with a career spanning over 20 years across UK law enforcement and the private sector. A member of the Oxford and Cambridge Blockchain Societies, and ISSA, Scott bridges law enforcement, legal, and technical communities to lead world-class asset recovery solutions.

As Head of Token Recovery, Scott leads complex, high-value crypto investigations with precision, integrity, and discretion. Throughout his career, his expertise has been called upon as an educator, contributing to academic and professional discourse as a guest lecturer at the University of Cambridge, and for his witness testimony in nearly 100 legal proceedings.

Scott holds an extensive list of advanced qualifications from renowned institutions including Blockchain Council, Chainalysis, Crystal Intelligence, Interpol, Met Police and Pearson, across a range of disciplines, from cryptocurrency tracing and blockchain analysis, to accredited financial and cybercrime investigation, and advanced open-source intelligence.

Rob Moore is a cyber investigations specialist with over 20 years of experience in communications, intelligence, and digital security. After serving in the British Army, Rob transitioned into the private sector, where he’s worked extensively in digital asset tracing, cybercrime investigations, and online threat analysis.

At Token Recovery, Rob leads a team focused on cryptocurrency fraud and asset recovery, working closely with leading law firms and barristers to produce evidential reports. He is also the co-founder of a bespoke platform that monitors dark web activity and alerts individuals and organisations to data exposure risks.

Rob holds certifications in cryptocurrency investigations and advanced OSINT. He has advised government agencies, law enforcement, and private clients to secure communications and technical surveillance. Rob combines practical experience, technical insight, and a deep understanding of the evolving digital threat landscape.

Her track record includes campaigns that expanded partner pipelines, secured investment commitments, and elevated brand presence both digitally and at premier industry events. Darya holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and multiple certifications in digital marketing, combining an entrepreneurial mindset with deep industry insight to deliver measurable growth and lasting partnerships within the rapidly advancing blockchain space.

Guglielmo Anfossi operates on high-complexity blockchain investigations, focusing on escalation cases that require deep protocol-level analysis and structural interpretation of on-chain activity beyond standard tooling. His work centres on adversarial behavior mapping and the analysis of obfuscation strategies within DeFi ecosystems, including non-linear fund flows and malicious smart contract design.

With a multidisciplinary background in New Technologies of the Arts and Applied Semiotics, Guglielmo approaches blockchain systems as interpretative structures, reconstructing coherent investigative narratives from fragmented and adversarial data.

At Token Recovery, he contributes to the evolution of internal methodologies, translating investigative needs into structured workflows, analytical tooling, and scalable processes. He also supports internal training in blockchain forensics and Web3 investigation practices, strengthening the team’s ability to operate in complex and rapidly evolving environments.
